The children will be using the nursery garden as their classroom all year round come rain or shine! Please make sure your child arrives in nursery dressed appropriately for the weather and bring spare clothes as required!

You must ensure your child is dressed warmly as the weather gets colder.

• One pair of comfortable trousers (jogging bottoms or leggings)

• Then waterproof leggings on top 

• One long sleeved vest, t-shirt or top

• One thick jumper

• One waterproof jacket 

• One fleecy zip up jacket (in the backpack, just in case)

• Two pairs of socks. On the bottom, one thin cotton sock, and on top, a thick wool or fluffy bed sock

• Wellies or sturdy closed toe shoes (which you don't mind getting wet and muddy!) https://www.warmwellies.co.uk/kids-wellies 

• Spare trousers and socks in backpacks (more than one set of each plus underwear if toilet training)

At least one and preferably two full changes of clothes is essential in case of accidents. We do not have any spare clothes in school and will phone you to come back if your child doesn't have spares.
