If your child will be 3 on or before 1st July 2018 they are in their preschool year and may apply for admission to preschool in September 2021. If your child will be 3 from 2nd July 2018 they are termed’pre-preschool’ and may be admitted to a nursery school or nursery unit if there are funded places available.
